How do you build an MLM Attraction Marketing System?

There has been a huge surge in MLM Attraction Marketing systems since I first developed the ‘Escape The Rat Race’ system about three years ago now. When I developed this original system it was one of the few systems around designed to attract a large number of leads to an opportunity. It worked incredibly well with more than 12,000 leads being attracted to our team. The reason I developed that system was because after I read Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard I went looking for an effective online system and couldn’t find one … so I developed my own.

Today it seems like there are hundreds of options available to MLMers looking to attract leads online. There is more choice than time to investigate all of the systems.

As a result I often get emails from people asking me why is the MLM Attraction Marketing University & back end Freedom Duplicator system better than every option out there today.

The answer is really simple.

It comes down to knowing what it actually takes to not only attract leads, and have the process self funded, but knowing also what it then takes to SPONSOR those leads and turn the process into a successful growing downline team.

What is missing from most MLM Attraction Marketing systems right now is that very few of them have any form of lead management or lead follow up capabilities. Make no mistake … as powerful as MLM Attraction Marketing is … MLM is still and always will be a people business. What this means is you still need to speak with people (your leads) and follow them up. There is just no escaping this fundamental step in building a successful MLM.

If you think that MLM Attraction Marketing is something you can set on auto pilot and then sit back and watch your team grow then you are deluding yourself.

So a key component in a MLM Attraction Marketing system is the ability to manage, track and follow up the leads you have attracted to you. Without this you will not build a successful downline team.

The problem with so many so called MLM Attraction Marketing systems right now is that they do not have any form of lead management or follow up built into them. This is a huge mistake. Most of these systems simply plug into a back end AUTORESPONDER like Aweber or Get Response.

No I want to make one thing very clear … an AUTORESPONDER is not an effective MLM Attraction Marketing System.

In fact I will go so far as to say that if all of your leads are managed in an Autoresponder system then you may find yourself in big trouble in the future. Why is this so?

Its simple … over the last five years email open rates have been consistently dropping right across the board. People today receive more emails than they could possibly get around to reading. So email as a primary marketing tool is close to extinct in my opinion. Of course this is not just my opinion … top internet marketers are focusing more and more on building direct mail databases today where once they only built email databases.

So what is my point?

The point is this … if you are using an MLM Attraction Marketing system that consists of a lead capture page integrated into an Autoresponder then do not be surprised if you attract lots of leads, make some affiliate commissions BUT fail to build a downline team.

What you must have in an MLM Attraction Marketing system is a fully functional lead management and follow up system built into it. You must then combine this with actual follow up.

Look for a system that provides this level of lead management. There are very few systems like this around which is why we developed the Freedom Duplicator system.

Ann Sieg – Attraction Marketers Manifesto Launch coming

Ann Sieg author of ‘The Renegade Network Marketer’ gets set to launch the Attraction Marketers Manifesto

If you are one of the thousands of network marketers who have read Ann Siegs ebooks ‘7 Lies Of Network Marketing’ and ‘The Renegade Network Marketer’ then this will interest you.

I just got this news from Mike Kilngler of Renegade University about Ann’s new ebook about to be launched. According to Mike if you think of ‘The Renegade Network Marketer’ as Chapter 1 of a great book then this new eBook will be Chapter 2.

The ebook is titled the Attraction Marketers Manifesto and launches in a few weeks time.

Judging by the table of contents Ann has put together a comprehensive overview of Attraction Marketing and how you can use it to build your mlm business.

Ann of course has created controversy with her ebooks in the past. Pulling back the curtain on the mlm industry has no doubt upset companies, uplines and leading mlm gurus.

The question is … will the Attraction Marketer’s Manifesto stir up even more controversy or will it lead even more disillusioned networkers to a better way.

My tip is that we are on the crest of a tidal wave of 1/ New people entering MLM industry looking for new ideas for success and 2/ Even more existing networkers flocking to attraction marketing strategies.

MLM Attraction Marketing – What Is Missing?

I was thinking back today about a conversation I had a year ago. It was with a lead I had generated through my Attraction Marketing System … a motivated guy in his mid 30’s eager to use a system like mine to attract more leads than he could handle a grow his MLM business.

He was telling me what he was looking for … something along the lines of …

‘What I want is a system that once its set up is fully automated. It attracts a flow of leads to me everyday, the system does all the work to explain my opportunity, even answers their questions and objections, leads them to my sign up link, helps them sign up, and then once they have joined my team trains them on how to use the system as well. So I don’t have to do anything.’

hhmmm … my response was something along the lines of …

‘So agghh (trying to be diplomatic ) … what exactly would we need you for then?’

What I meant was this … if it was possible for a system to do everything that is required of us in MLM then we become obsolete, right?

Here is the real problem with Attraction Marketing as I see it. Let me first qualify this by saying I am a passionate believer in Attraction Marketing for MLM and believe it is the future of our industry. But the problem is I think to many people have assumed that Attraction Marketing will do everything. In my opinion it won’t and if you think it through you wouldn’t want a system to do it all for you anyway.

What is missing is the HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS.

It is the relationships that develop over time in MLM that make this such a great business to be in. This is something I have only recently come to realise and appreciate.

It is the relationships that actually create long term sustainability of your MLM business. If there are no relationships in place then your business will be here today and gone tommorrow.

You see … every Attraction Marketing system will be obsolete and superseded in time as technology advances. If your team where recruited only through an Attraction Marketing system and there is no personal relationship in place then they will simply disappear when the next system comes along.

So while I believe deeply that Attraction Marketing is the right approach to attract prospects to you … I think it is only one peice of the puzzle. What may be missing for you right now is what do you do with those leads when you have them.

I know lots of people who marketed systems like Magnetic Sponsoring and The Renegade Network Marketer (both brilliant) … they have built up lots of so called leads, and cashed in on a few sales yet their MLM is not growing.

What is missing is how do you transition from leads in these systems to developing relationships with them to sponsoring them into your team.
